All rain and no riding here.
I'm very happy with Scoots - he's a dear.
I left him in the paddock on Sat so the other horses could gather round and meet him.
Yesterday I let him out in the front pasture with Blue, my other gelding, and they did great together. No jockeying for top spot or anything - they just started ambling around the pasture together.
Blue is a dominant horse but not if no one tries to pick a fight - he's kind of a "live and let live" guy and he and Scoots will be good friends.
Hopefully we'll get some sun and I can actually get a ride in.
I'll keep you posted.
