Hi Dale and Susan,
Dusty has quickly settled into his new home on the west side of the mountains. Our riding instructor (Ms. Dale) told us that "we didn't just get a good horse, we got a great horse". The best thing about Dusty is that he rides to the level of the person on him. With expert riders, I've seen him race around groups of liberty horses in a round pen ignoring the kicking horses around him. As a beginner with only six months of riding experience, I appreciate that when I get on, he is very calm and collected and he takes good care of me. He is easy to saddle and bridle and once he understands that it's time to clean his feet, he picks them up for me. I still have to get used to a horse that stops on a dime. Both Sheri and I appreciate that we bought a well trained horse from you. We see many of our riding friends struggle with their spirited horses and are grateful that Dusty is calm and does what we ask with very light touches. We look forward to becoming better riders with help from Dusty. We also want to thank you for your help during the purchase. We especially appreciated that you spent a lot of time after with us after the purchase to make sure we understood how to ride Dusty and how he was trained. It was also great that you helped us to get him to his new home.

I want to add my own THANK YOU for all the time you spent with us, your patience, flexibility and warm hospitality. We feared that purchasing our first horse would be a daunting task but you and Dale made it a fun experience! Dusty quickly settled in to his new digs and new experiences. In just two weeks, he's participated in two trail clinics, given Dan two lessons and has put up with fitting his new saddle, bridle, rains sheet, had a bath, etc. What a cooperative boy! He's also been great about making new friends especially the mares. Callaway and Dusty have also met and all went well. Also greatly enjoyed the photos of the dogs yes, we do have a number of flying dog pictures but none of that quality!
